It is said that drinking green tea has many health benefits. It has been used as traditional medicine in the Chinese culture for more than 4,000 years. Until now, green tea is still a popular drink especially in the homes of Chinese families and served in every Chinese restaurant. Mmmm.. I love free “in-house tea” from Chinese restaurants. I usually drink green tea instead of warm water when eating outside.

I drink green tea almost every day, during breakfast, lunch, snack time, and sometimes dinner. Some say that drinking tea in the evening will result in staying awake all night. I’m not sure if this is true though. 😀
