Lovely cherry blossoms in my recent travel to Hokkaido, Japan. 😍💕🌸
She’s been there all the time. Her famous smile unwavering. Her stare, oh so captivating! Maybe you need to take a shot or two.. Or maybe more.. to show your everyone back home that you’ve seen the most visited, most parodied work of art, and most talked about painting in The Louvre. You put up your camera and started to shoot. (heads of other tourists pops into view) Uhh excuse me, I need to get closer. No flash please!
Ah yes! That’s Mona Lisa, the half-painted portrait of a woman by non other than Leonardo da Vinci, the Italian artist. Bravo Maestro! 🙌
I was blessed to be able to visit the majestic Louvre in Paris and of course, Mona Lisa was on my itinerary!
Selfie with Mona Lisa. Perfect shot. No one beside me. No hands, head or any other body part of tourists in this photo. Hahaha. Successful selfie indeed.
Compared to other huge paintings inside the Louvre, Mona Lisa’s portrait was just small and of course, heavily guarded… You have been warned.
Anyway, very interesting portrait. Had a wonderful experience too!💁

Tea time with delicious moist and soft brownies from Becky’s Kitchen (Philippines)
It is said that drinking green tea has many health benefits. It has been used as traditional medicine in the Chinese culture for more than 4,000 years. Until now, green tea is still a popular drink especially in the homes of Chinese families and served in every Chinese restaurant. Mmmm.. I love free “in-house tea” from Chinese restaurants. I usually drink green tea instead of warm water when eating outside.
I drink green tea almost every day, during breakfast, lunch, snack time, and sometimes dinner. Some say that drinking tea in the evening will result in staying awake all night. I’m not sure if this is true though. 😀
Wondering what are the health benefits of drinking green tea?
Here’s a list of the benefits on why drinking green tea is good for you:
Regulates blood pressure
Its full of antioxidants
Gives healthy looking skin
Prevents or lower risks of various types of cancer
Improves brain function
Lowers risks of having Alzheimer’s disease
Lowers risk of obesity
Kills bacteria and improves dental health
May reduce risk of heart disease
Boosts your energy
Believe it or not? Try it for yourself. Happy green tea drinking! Haha.

At last, I was able to bond with my friends Erica and Jacqueline. We went to Jacq’s house to sleep (because we’re always sleepy in the afternoon) but ended up talking, laughing and uploading photos in FB until 5PM just in time for us to prepare for Youth Night. It was such a great night! Singing songs, mingling with other youths in our church, having our dinner together -yummy foods like bbq, pizza, lechon (roasted pig), pancit malabon, spaghetti and cupcakes! And of course, the much awaited photo booth!
Here’s our cute photobooth pic! we love the hair accessories!
